Solo has a fully equipped laboratory with machines like Autoclave, MOR Test, Dryer, TDS meter, pH Meter and other equipment as required by IS.

The testing of the samples is done every day and for each and every batch. The results if not conforming are studied for the reason of non conformance. The reasons once identified are communicated to the relevant department supervisor.

The emphasis is on removal of the reason and to see in every production batch cycle that the reasons do not occur again. If the Supervisor or the worker requires a training to improve himself the same is provided to him.

Such systematic process of Testing and communication are used that the quality of production increases and the rejection rate at every stage reduces.
