Every rejected piece is rechecked to find the reason for rejection. There is an in depth study of the reason if it repeats. The root cause behind the reason is identified. The technical director sets up a team of two or three people to find the best solution for elimination of the root cause. Further, the steps taken are documented and given to the respective departments. This makes it sure that the root cause does not come up again.
