Mr Dineshbhai I. Patel is one of the directors and looks after the production of the firm. He has vast experience and adequate training to handle the job. He believes in motivating his manpower to go for quality in Product and process.
Mr Nileshbhai R. Patel looks after the Commercial, Legal and financial aspect of the organization. Purchasing of Raw material at most attractive prices, maintaining positive cash flows and most of al managing Receivables in this sluggish a Market are his major responsibilities.
Mr. Jagdishbhai I. Patel is the Marketing head. The most challenging of the tasks but very well handled. Today he has a strong marketing network of 150 retailers all over India. A market presence in all major cities. He has also been successful in developing an export market. Today his main challenge is to develop the Export Markets.
Apart from this they have a resourceful manpower. The supervisory staff are all trained in their respective area of application. They are given work specific authority and commensurate responsibility.
